Tru Lei Butcher was only 17 years old when his life was stolen on May 29, 2021 at 4:24pm in Richmond California.
A post from Bay Area Peacekeepers date May 31,2021 on Facebook states "Tru was a
good young man getting ready to graduate this year. His grandmother who loved him so much moved him out to Virginia to get him away from the violence and struggles for a young man of color in Richmond Ca."
