23 y/o David Ubank Brown died after being doused in kerosene and set on fire just a few blocks from his home in Atlanta, Georgia on April 24, 1996.
David was an unidentified victim until October 2013, it was found that
David was set on fire following a suspected robbery, neighbors who found him say he was
SCREAMING FOR HELP, HIS LAST WORDS: “THEY ROBBED ME.” and with no identification
on him and injuries so severe, his family did not recognize him.
