Carmelo Duncan was only 15 months old when his life was stolen. On December 2, 2020, Carmelo was riding in the backseat with his brother when gunfire struck their car in Southeast D.C. Carmelo was the only one hit.
Years later… no arrests have been made. A baby’s murder should never go cold. Carmelo never got to celebrate a second birthday, speak in full sentences, or experience any of the life he deserved. His family is still shattered. A community is still waiting for answers. Someone out there knows something. Even the smallest detail could finally bring this family justice.
