I recently lost my cat Rufus from cancer. I had him since his birth and he was 9 years old, I know most people write about a loved ones, but i really love my Rufus, he was my little human. I miss him so much and feel lost without my buddy. I just needed to talk about it, without the judgement when i tell someone how i feel and they not make me fee…

My daughter was the one person who understood me without words. Grief is strange — it comes in waves.
Sometimes soft, sometimes drowning. I write so I don’t forget.
