The genetic condition is called “Ulnar Dimelia”, a perosn born with eight fingers on one hand that looks like they are holding hands, or even high-fiving themselves.
There are less than 100 cases of Ulnar Dimelia that have been recorded in medical literature worldwide.
People with ectrodactyly, also known as a split-hand/split-foot malformation have a cleft where the middle finger or toe should be.
This causes their hand or feet to have a claw-like appearance.
This condition happens once in every 90,000 births.
